Discuss the legal and ethical constraints within the planned campaign (D1)
In my poster, I have followed all of the legal and ethics by not using any copyrighted images in the poster, I have come up with everything in the poster itself except from the brand and brand name, which has been given to us to use freely, no pictures in the background are infringing copyright and I have ensured everything is copyright free. the description I have used for my product is unique, and so there should be no trouble. everything included in this poster is also truthful, as it would be risky to make the natural ingredients or environmentally friendly aspect stats up.
In the social media page, no copyrighted content was used, this is down to already being allowed to use the brand name and images, and everything being unique and done by myself. I have also ensured that in the post themselves there isn't any copyrighted contend in the background such as advertising from another company, or another company logo in the background of my images. I have been independent in the posts that I have made, I make sure that every post is unique and different from the rest of them.
My advert hasn't got any copyrighted material in it, in every shot I have ensured that everything in it has nothing that could cause any legal trouble. I have also made it so all the shots are my own and haven't been stolen from another video/advert. I have also made sure that in my adverts, I have been 100% truthful and honest in my descriptions and claims of the product, things like the ingredients and how the brand is formulated, as well as the environmental aspects of the product have been addressed and the claims made in the advert are 100% true.
